Refund policy

At The Happy Hanger, each item is made with care. Because many of our products are custom or made-to-order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can review it.

Defective items will be evaluated at the sole discretion of The Happy Hanger. If a product is determined to be defective, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
